As a Secondary Market Agent at MAB Develop, you’ll manage a curated portfolio of ready-to-move apartments and villas across Dubai. You’ll receive filtered buyer inquiries daily — your job is to guide, qualify, and close with speed and clarity.
This role is built for closers who thrive on trust, urgency, and structure.
You’ll focus on serious buyers, eliminate wasted time, and get full support from our marketing, CRM, and admin teams.
Whether you’re guiding end-users or investors, you’ll always have access to real inventory, competitive pricing, and a system designed to help you win.

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in the UAE (mandatory)
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication, closing, and negotiation skills
  • Currently based in Dubai or available for immediate relocation
  • Ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Actively looking for growth and long-term career development
  • Handle daily inquiries from ready buyers, property owners, and tenants
  • Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings as required
  • Match clients with the most suitable resale or ready-to-move units
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate with property owners, landlords, or co-brokers
  • Follow up consistently via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM tasks
  • Collaborate closely with admin and marketing teams to complete deals smoothly
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and deal status in the CRM
